Engagement context
This was a part-time remote contract through R Systems, with CloudNine as the client assignment. I did not have a direct contract with CloudNine.
The work combined website administration, publishing coordination, hosting and WordPress environment support, troubleshooting, vulnerability checks, maintenance, and release support.
Why this belongs in an application-support portfolio
A production website is more than pages and templates. Problems can sit in permissions, hosting configuration, application behavior, cache state, DNS, data, logs, or the release process. The role required moving between those layers and communicating clearly enough for changes to reach production safely.
Representative support areas
- WordPress and WP Engine administration
- Publishing and release coordination
- Access and permissions support
- Log and data investigation
- Caching and DNS troubleshooting
- Hosting-environment maintenance
- Vulnerability checks and practical systems support
What the work demonstrates
This engagement is representative of how I approach technical support: first understand the user or production symptom, then trace it through the relevant application and infrastructure layers, make the smallest safe change, and document or coordinate the outcome.
I am not publishing ticket counts, release counts, or performance metrics because those figures have not been reconstructed from a verifiable source.
